As a child photographer based in Gilbert, Arizona, I’ve always dreamed of creating a fairy session—something filled with wonder, imagination, and enchantment. After years of collecting whimsical props, delicate wings, and soft pastel dresses, that dream finally became a reality. And let me tell you—it was everything I had hoped for and more.
This session began with a vision: a group of little girls transformed into fairies, gathering in a magical meadow, their laughter floating through the golden light. One special element I knew had to be part of it was a “fairy ring” made of oversized mushrooms—a place for the fairies to sit together, whisper secrets, and create their own little storybook moment. What could be more magical than that?
With just two weeks to plan, the excitement was real. From hair and makeup to accessories and wardrobe, it was a true team effort between myself and the incredible parents of these little fairy girls. Every detail came together perfectly, and the joy and energy from everyone involved made the experience that much more meaningful.
The meadow we chose in Gilbert offered the dreamiest natural backdrop, with flowers in bloom and light filtering softly through the trees. As the girls twirled in their gowns and sparkly wings, the magic was undeniable. During the editing process, I added glowing fireflies to enhance the fantasy, bringing even more life and whimsy to the final images.
