Family Fundraiser Registration

thank you for you joining us for our 7th annual fall family fundraiser. This event allows us to sponsor the children you read about on our website. The session is held every year on private property. This year's location is off of SOUTHERN and 40th STREET. Exact address is sent out 2 weeks prior to the event along with your exact session time. A minimum donation of $50 is required to reserve your space in the session, Please be sure to fill out the form, hit submit and then click on the donate button to complete your registration. It is one of our absolute favorite events every year and we are so excited you will be joining us!
